Vishal Lahoti is an outdoor educator, certified mountaineer, and seasoned expedition leader with over three decades of trail and high-altitude experience. A Clinical Psychologist with a postgraduate background in Drug Chemistry, a certified Red Cross first-aider, and a published columnist, Vishal uniquely blends wilderness leadership, environmental ethics, and human psychology. Through initiatives spanning regional heritage documentation, eco-sensitive exploration, and experiential youth leadership, he brings structured safety and cultural mindfulness to every journey.

Megha Lahoti is the Co-Founder of Trekkamp and a passionate driving force behind its community and outdoor vision. 

A professional Fashion Designer by qualification, she seamlessly blends an eye for aesthetics and design thinking with the logistical precision required in outdoor adventure.

With over two decades of experience exploring diverse wilderness trails, mountain terrains, and historical routes, Megha is a deeply seasoned adventure enthusiast. As a Certified Tour Guide, she places paramount importance on safety protocols, structured guidance, and sustainable interaction with the environment on every journey. Her calm leadership, resilience, and approachable demeanor inspire participants—from beginner hikers to experienced trekkers—to embrace new challenges with complete confidence.

At Trekkamp, Megha plays an instrumental role in shaping well-organized, enriching expeditions that celebrate nature and regional heritage, making outdoor exploration truly safe, memorable, and accessible to everyone.

​Karishma Kothari-Joshi is an accomplished Bharatanatyam exponent, certified heritage professional, and cultural curator dedicated to preserving and illuminating India’s architectural, historical, and artistic legacy.
​​Complementing her classical foundation, Karishma is a certified tour guide with advanced training in Indian temple iconography and architecture from the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM), Gwalior. Bridging scholarly insight with experiential field learning, she curates and leads immersive heritage walks, iconography trails, and outdoor expeditions.
​Whether decoding the sculptural motifs of historic temples, directing classical dance repertoires, or mobilizing community-driven expeditions, Karishma brings a distinct interdisciplinary perspective; making India’s heritage vivid, accessible, and deeply resonant for audiences of all ages.

Holding an M.Sc. in Agriculture (Agricultural Chemistry & Soil Science), he currently serves as a Deputy Agriculture Officer with the Maharashtra State Agricultural Department. With over 20 years of active involvement in the adventure field, Avinash is a passionate outdoor enthusiast recognized for his exceptional group management skills and decisive leadership on the trail. His calm command, deep understanding of natural landscapes, and natural ability to coordinate large gatherings ensure that every expedition remains organized, safe, and profoundly engaging for all participants.

"I am an M.Com graduate currently working as a professional banker. Balancing the discipline of the corporate banking sector with my deep passion for nature and travel, I have carved a successful niche for myself in outdoor tourism and adventure leadership.
For the past 3 years, I have been actively leading expeditions as a Trek Leader with Trek Camp. In addition to my hands-on field experience, I am a Certified Tour Guide, which equips me with deep knowledge of group management, local heritage, geography, and standard safety protocols. Over the years, I have successfully guided and managed diverse groups of trekkers across various challenging terrains.

Dipali Gorakshnath Darekar is an agriculture professional and outdoor enthusiast who combines her expertise in agricultural extension with a passion for adventure and nature exploration. She serves as an Assistant Technology Manager in the Department of Agriculture, Maharashtra, and holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture and a Postgraduate Diploma in Agricultural Extension Management.

With over 10 years of trekking experience in the Sahyadri mountain ranges, she has developed a deep appreciation for the region’s diverse landscapes, mountain trails, and natural heritage. For the past five years, she has been associated with Trek as a Trek Leader and Coordinator, contributing to trek planning, group coordination, and outdoor adventure experiences.

She is also a Certified Tour Guide, having completed a course conducted by the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC). Her combined experience in agriculture, trekking, and tourism reflects her enthusiasm for exploring the outdoors and promoting safe, enjoyable, and responsible travel experiences.

Siddhant Deepak Sakpal

Siddhant Deepak Sakpal is a passionate trek leader with 6 years of experience at Trekkamp, dedicated to exploring the outdoors, leading adventures, and inspiring people to discover the beauty of the mountains.

A Mechanical Engineer by profession and a Government-Certified Tour Guide, Siddhant has also successfully completed the Basic Rock Climbing Course with an ‘A’ Grade from the Guardian Giripremi Institute of Mountaineering (GGIM), Pune.

With a strong passion for trekking, adventure, and nature, he brings leadership, discipline, teamwork, and a spirit of exploration to every trek. His goal is to create memorable outdoor experiences while encouraging people to step beyond their comfort zones, connect with nature, and develop a deeper appreciation for the mountains.

Mr. Sagar Katariya is a Banker by profession . He serves as a Clerk At Ahmednagar Shahar Sahakari Bank Limited,  Ahilyanagar,  Maharashtra. With Post Graduation in M.com

 From November, 2019 he has been associated with Trekkamp as a Trek Leader and Coordinator, contributing to trek planning, group coordination, and outdoor adventure experiences.

He is also a Certified Tour Guide, having completed a course conducted by the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC).

Manish Kulkarni is Banker by profession, Certified Tour Guide with an interest in forts, historical monuments, heritage sites, and the cultural history of Maharashtra.

He is passionate trekker for exploring the outdoors, discovering hidden trails, and learning about India’s rich cultural heritage. And leads Sahyadri Treks, and outdoor expeditions. 
He is working with Team Trekkamp as a Trek Coordinator  from last 6 years.

My name is Mrs. Vaishali Mahesh Sonawane. I am a Civil Engineer by profession and currently working as a Civil Engineer Estimator at KRM Organisation. Along with my professional career, I am passionate about trekking, mountaineering, and exploring the beautiful Sahyadri ranges.

I have 3 years of trekking experience with Trekkamp Organisation, where I have worked as a Trek Coordinator and Trek Leader.

I have completed a Rock Climbing Course from Guardian Giripremi Institute of Mountaineering (GGIM), Pune. I am also a certified tour guide from the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) and have completed First Aid Training from the Indian Red Cross Society.

For the past four years, I have been associated with Trekkamp, where I have been working as a Trek Leader. My journey with Trekkamp has allowed me to turn my love for nature and exploration into meaningful experiences. From leading treks to discovering beautiful landscapes and encouraging people to step beyond their comfort zones, every adventure has helped me grow as a leader and strengthened my connection with the outdoors.

I have worked on a variety of camping themes, creating engaging outdoor experiences that combine adventure, fun, and memorable moments.
